For a lot of our customers, this time of year is re-filling time for their Hotspring Spas. I have to say most are keen to use them all year round (like me and Claire) but hey, there's no right or wrong - it's your spa!
If you are re-filling after the winter please do it carefully and you'll have no problems like air locks or unbalanced water. If in doubt, talk to us.
