I purchased my new Envoy and Vista Suite from the Peterborough Showroom a year ago now. Peter and his colleagues could not have been more helpful, and remain so, friends you might say. The installation chaps installed the Suite and the hot tub on a day it was pouring with rain without any problems. They telephoned a day or so later to check I was happy with things. One year later, and with time to reflect, I am happy to say that without doubt, it is the best investment I have ever made. It is good, but very rare, to find a company that is consistent, not just with the sales pitch, but with both high quality service and sales departments to match. I am seriously disabled, and in constant pain. I bought my hot tub as I was refused Hydrotherapy on the NHS because of my large size. This hot tub has helped to give me considerable pain relief as well as sheer enjoyment and extended periods of relaxation.Kevin Devlin
